Jaycees Trunk or Treat in Ponchatoula

Location: Memorial Park in Ponchatoula
This annual event is held on Halloween night from 5 - 8 pm at Memorial Park in Ponchatoula (also know as Strawberry Festival Park). Decorated cars surround the park for trick-or-treating fun! The Ponchatoula Jaycees host this fun, family oriented event with candy, kid's costume contest, best decorated vehicle contest, and Trunk or Treating around the park.
You can also bring your vehicle decorated and candy to hand out!

SLU Fall Carnival & Trick or Treat with the Greeks

Southeastern Louisiana University’s 11th annual Fall Carnival will provide safe alternatives to traditional neighborhood door-to-door trick-or-treating. The event is free for the general public.Although children of all ages are invited to the festivities, the event targets children in kindergarten through fourth grade and will include games with prizes, candy, spacewalks, face painting, and much more, including the 'Trick or Treat on Greek Street' with SLU sororities & fraternities.

Trunk-or-Treat at Cate Square

In conjunction with the Wicked Fun Scavenger Hunt, the First Presbyterian Church of Hammond is hosting a Trunk-or-Treat at Cate Square from 11 am - noon. In addition to trunk-or-treating, there will be a jump house, face-painting, games and more for community children.
Trick-or-Treat Village at the Holy Ghost Fair

Wicked Fun Scavenger Hunt in Hammond

Time: Check in at 8:30 am - Scavenger Hunt begins at 9 am
Location: Cate Square Park in Hammond
Cost: $50 donation for your team of 3-5 people - Money benefits The Fuller Center for Housing
This will be a one-of-a-kind FUNdraiser on Halloween morning! Teams of 3-5 people will compete for Most Tasks Completed in the Wicked Fun Scavenger Hunt; Most Money Raised Before and During the Wicked Fun Scavenger Hunt; and Best Team Costumes. This event is open to all ages, although each team must have a responsible licensed driver 18 years or older. Teams are encouraged to wear creative costumes which will be judged at Cate Square AFTER the Scavenger Hunt ends.
Teams need to check-in at Cate Square starting at 8:30am so that the Scavenger Hunt can begin shortly after instructions are read at 9:00am.

This kids-friendly Halloween concert will present a wide collection of music performed by costumed orchestra members. There will be a costume contest with two categories: kids 12 and under / 13 and over. After the concert, orchestra members will hand out candy in the lobby.
